Mary Higdon has been in private practice in Bloomington, IN, since 2011. Prior to opening her practice, her legal experience includes working as a Public Defender, a Deputy Prosecutor, and an associate with a private defense firm.
Her decision to go to law school was sparked by her work in social services early in her career and working in the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s office as a Bureau Chief in the Victim Service Division. She received her Juris Doctorate degree at Southern Illinois University, a master’s degree in Public Administration at Arizona State University, and her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Indiana University.
